USA: Aviva appoints Fickett-Wilbar and Leone vice-presidents

Aviva Life Insurance Company (Aviva) has appointed Debra Fickett-Wilbar as vice-president and actuary, product development and Tammy Leone as vice president, marketing services.

Fickett-Wilbar joined Aviva 19 years ago and served as assistant vice-president and actuary, product development for the last four years. She is a fellow of the Society of Actuaries, a member of the American Academy of Actuaries and a certified structured settlement consultant. She earned her BA in mathematics from the College of the Holy Cross and her BS in business administration from the University of Maryland.

Leone served as Aviva's assistant vice-president of marketing services since June 2004. Prior to joining Aviva, she worked for Arthur Andersen Consulting in Boston, and has over 14 years of experience in the financial services industry. She earned her BS in communication studies from Northeastern University.
