Appointed to the board of Aviva plc in January 2009.
Currently a non-executive director of Singapore Airlines Limited (aviation) (where she chairs the Audit Committee), DBS Bank Limited, DBS Group Holdings Ltd (banking), Singapore Exchange Limited, CapitaLand Limited (real estate) and the Singapore Chinese Girls' School. Ms Goh is also chairman of the Singapore International Foundation.
Formerly chief executive officer of Standard Chartered Bank in Singapore (banking). Ms Goh had a career spanning 21 years at Standard Chartered Bank in Singapore and was chief executive there between 2002 and 2006. Before that she was financial controller at Pontiac Land Limited, where she joined from PricewaterhouseCoopers in 1982.
Ms Goh brings to the board an extensive executive experience as a senior business manager with an in-depth understanding of risk and product issues, combined with expertise in accounting standards, regulation and audit. Ms Goh also possesses substantial experience and knowledge both from an executive and non-executive viewpoint, particularly in the Asia-Pacific region.
