Armed Forces Covenant supporters.
In June 2017 Hugh Hessing, our UK Customer Services Director, signed the Armed Forces Covenant (PDF) alongside Defence Minister Tobias Ellwood MP.
The Covenant sets out how we will support our customers and employees who are armed forces personnel:
- For our customers, we will waive cancellation fees and let them keep their no-claims discount on their motor insurance when they are posted overseas.
- For our people, we offer Reservists an extra 10 days' annual leave to attend training camps and provide tailored HR support.
