Notice of 2019 Annual General Meeting *

* Following the announcement made on 24 April 2019 regarding the decision that Andy Briggs would step down as a Director of Aviva plc with immediate effect, Resolution 6 in the Notice of 2019 Annual General Meeting to re-elect Andy Briggs as a Director of the Company was withdrawn, and this Resolution was not put to the vote at the AGM.
