Chief Operating Officer (subject to regulatory approval)
Erica joined Aviva in January 2020 as Chief Operating Officer and a member of the Aviva Leadership Team. She's responsible for improving how Aviva operates, customer strategy and all aspects of IT across the group.
Erica has a proven track record of a focus on cost, simplification and above all on delivering the best possible experience for customers.
Before joining Aviva, Erica was Chief Group Enterprise Services Officer at Zurich where she was accountable for the delivery of all centrally managed operational services provided by the Group. She established a bottom-up transformation of the existing Group Operational services into benchmarked, commercially viable services with an improved alignment to the businesses.
Prior to that Erica was Chief Operating Officer/Chief Operations and Technology Officer, Global Life at Zurich where she was accountable for setting and executing overall Global Life Operations strategy including customer experience, operations and technology transformation.
Prior to joining Zurich, Erica was at AIG for over six years where she held a number of senior roles, including CEO, AIG Shared Services Asia. Erica also held roles at JPMorgan Chase and Deloitte.
