Taiwan (First-Aviva Life Insurance)

Objectives Progress against objectives
To promote the public’s use of backseat seatbelts By launching a series of campaigns, we addressed the often neglected yet very important safety issue concerning low usage of backseat seatbelts in Taiwan. As we thought it'd be most effective to teach children when they're young to have a fundamental change, the campaigns were mainly targeting at children.
  1. The joint press conference with Jing Chuan Children Safety Foundation to draw public’s attention to the backseat seatbelt issue.
  2. A drawing contest from May to July, 2007.
  3. Cooperation with kids.yam.com to launch an interactive online game for children, which educated children and parents on the importance of backseat belts.
  4. A radio campaign to communicate Aviva’s concern for the backseat seatbelt issue.
