Maximize opportunities for involvement in our signature charity, ThinkFirst, for our employees and brokers Increase employee volunteerism, funds raised and broker involvement in ThinkFirst over 2007 results.
Continue to educate employees about CSR To educate employees about less familiar CSR focus areas (i.e. People, Supplier and Customer).
Launch and embed Community Investment Programs with employees Launch Dollars for Doers and Matching Dollars programs.

Increase awareness of Aviva Charitable Foundation To increase awareness, enhance public website to showcase the contributions made by the Foundation.
Conduct strategic review of foundation guidelines Conduct strategic review of foundation guidelines, and identify possible opportunities for focusing on key strategies.
United Way Continue to communicate the value of United Way in our communities, and increase employee understanding of its various roles.
Increase interest in employee volunteerism Develop program to build interest in employee volunteerism, and feature key success stories.
