Aviva North American Region has an ongoing commitment to excellence in customer service and innovation in customer products. Our approach is to take care of what’s important to our customers.

We work to understand our customers’ needs and then responsibly sell them products that fulfil those needs. We develop innovative new programmes on the basis of what our customers want. We are committed to monitoring our service to customers and take customer feedback seriously to make improvements where necessary.

Highlights

  • 95% of new customers to our Corporate Partnership Division rated Aviva Canada as ‘good’ or ‘excellent’
