| Roll-out of Talking Talent | The region will cascade the Talking Talent process to the next two layers below the Senior Management population. |
| Leading People | Based on the success of pilot programmes in France and Romania, our Leading People initiative will continue to be rolled-out across the region. All senior managers will participate in the programme and receive feedback on their performance by the end of 2008. |
| Performance Management | AvivaSA is leading a programme to develop a One European Region Performance Management process and system. Our aim is utilise this framework across the region for the 2009 Performance Management review process. |
| Enabling our employees to effectively manage their careers | In 2008, we will introduce new recruitment technology which will enable employees to access all vacancies across Aviva's global operations. In addition we are planning to develop and implement a ‘One Europe’ career and reward framework which will enable employees to actively manage their career within Aviva Europe. |
| Employee Brand | Building on the ‘One Intranet’ and the single Aviva Brand,we will continue to strengthen our Employee Brand across the region. |
