Trial central computer shut-down technology to save energy	The system trial was abandoned for a simplified, centralised auto-shut down option.
Ongoing monitoring of reduced carbon fuels, fleet vehicles and other technology for RAC, BSM, Norwich Union and Auto Windscreens	Ongoing.
Produce more targeted internal communications to create a core of environmental champions in the business	Creation of environmental element to complement remit of service manager and Community Steering Groups (see Community section).
