Key targets for 2007

Raise Awareness of CSR	To build employee engagement ensuring that CSR becomes a collective responsibility throughout the business by improving internal communication of objectives and achievements and involving employees in community projects.
Environment	To increase the accuracy with which we analyse and document environmental data. Travel data being a priority.
Employees	Reacting and implementing change as a result of issues raised in the employee climate survey.
Customers	Continuing to improve customer advocacy by providing transparent services to our customers. Embedding CSR into our product development processes in order to fully integrate CSR into Aviva’s core processes.
