| Employees | To act on the results of the global employee opinion survey and Hewitt “Best Employer” survey to improve the office environment and culture for all employees of Aviva Australia. |
| Customers | To progress “Customers' shoes” initiative to further drive acting in the best interests of the customer through understanding the needs and responsibilities associated with Aviva's position in the market. |
