Key targets for 2007
| Employees |
- Monitor employee satisfaction and continue to provide training and development. Reshape the induction programme providing each new employee with an induction kit containing useful information on becoming part of the Aviva group.
- Improve relationships with our intermediaries by providing communication tools and business training on ethical behaviour.
- Explain CSR core purpose to employees and provide information in Italian on our CSR programme. Build a CSR section on our intranet/electronic desktop. Issue a summarized Aviva report on CSR results in Italian.

- Understand and map critical stages of the customer experience.
- Develop and update tools to reshape the customer experience.
- Provide all customers with periodic communications to inform them about relevant aspects of their policies.

- Improve and support the diversity team in achieving its goal of engaging employees in the process of building a brand culture and applying our values.

- Extend compliance of our ethical code to our suppliers.

- We will investigate and consider opportunities to use green electricity and usage of materials from recycled sources.
