We employ over 7000 people in over 20 locations across the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium. Our primary business activities are life insurance and general insurance. We also have an asset management and banking division.

Key targets for 2007

Environment	Research the possibilities of reducing and offsetting CO₂ emissions. Also, consider introducing new measures to promote a more energy-efficient vehicle fleet, including incentives to encourage more environmentally responsible choices and driving behaviour by lease car drivers.
Customer	Asset Management – Further developing the sustainable asset management policy. For example, drawing up criteria that our investments have to meet which can then be used in meetings with companies in which we invest. OHRA and Delta Lloyd Insurance – Conduct further research into customer needs and requirements and responding to these. ABN AMRO Insurance – Improve customer satisfaction for: general insurance personal lines – 8.2; general insurance commercial lines – 7.2.
Diversity	Register and report diversity information and researching diversity in teams. This will allow Delta Lloyd to monitor and evaluate its diversity policy, which is being launched in 2007.
