Aviva Australia has more than 800 employees, with a head office in Melbourne and satellite offices in Sydney, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide. Our business activities include life insurance, investments and superannuation products. We currently have more than $17.6 billion funds under administration.

Managing CSR in our business

Tim Cobb, General Manager, Marketing and Public Relations, is the nominated manager for CSR at Aviva Australia. Tim is responsible for raising CSR opportunities and risks to the executive.

Dr Rob Gill, CSR Program Manager, manages the administration of the Group Environment Program, Aviva Social Club and Guiding Star committees, and is also a member of the Occupational Health and Safety committee, which reports to Human Resources. Rob has a doctorate in reputation management with a particular focus on the area of CSR. Rob produces Aviva Australia’s annual CSR Report and manages CSR communication and reporting through to Aviva plc.
