Aviva zivotni pojistovna, a.s (Aviva Czech Republic) has 85 employees across 20 locations. We are a life insurance business with a GWP of CZK725 million, accounting for 2% of the market share. Pavel Matousek is the CEO.

Managing CSR in our business

CSR is co-ordinated by the CSR-nominated manager, Pavlina Ptakova, who reports directly to our CEO, Pavel Matousek. She also works in close co-operation with the marketing department to effectively communicate our CSR initiatives.

Due to the size of our business unit, no formal CSR committee has been established, however, frequent communication between the nominated manager, CEO, Board of directors and employees ensures that CSR continues to be embedded in the business.
