| Raise awareness of CSR |
- Continue to build awareness of Aviva’s CSR strategy with ongoing publications on the intranet, presentations at employee gatherings, including town hall meetings and inclusion in the annual employee survey.
- Develop a sound communication plan to ensure employees across Canada are aware of the newly aligned focus in the corporate philanthropy program.

- Build a strong partnership with the ThinkFirst Foundation of Canada and encourage employee involvement.
- Continue to focus on employee engagement by offering volunteer opportunities associated with community partnerships, including the Weekend to End Breast Cancer.

Offer employee incentives related to health and wellness initiatives at Aviva offices, other than head office, across Canada. |
| Customers |
Expand the hybrid vehicle discounted insurance program in Quebec and extend the program to other Canadian provinces. |
