
Key targets for 2007
| Embedding CSR | We will ensure that representatives from various departments such as HR, Facilities, Financial Crime, IT, Group Corporate Affairs and Purchasing join our Aviva head office CSR steering group committee to further embed CSR throughout head office. |
| Employees | In co-operation with group HR, Aviva head office HR and Your Forum, our long-term goal is to provide career progression for all employees. |
| Suppliers | To source a greater range of fair trade products and also recycled/recyclable corporate stationery. |
| Environment | To increase awareness of Aviva head office’s CO2 footprint and suggest methods for reducing this by promoting travel alternatives and energy consciousness. |
| Community | Identify and promote community initiatives such as mentoring/volunteering schemes in order to encourage employee participation. |
