- To partner with a well-established charity to support underprivileged children.
- To replicate Aviva’s village project in Sri Lanka in Pune by creating maximum visibility of the project, both internal and external, in order to ensure employee participation.
- To implement a volunteering policy, enabling employee volunteering during weekdays.

- Consider and implement environmentally responsible initiatives which will reduce our energy consumption.
- Identify alternative sources of energy, for example, the use of renewable sources.
- Investigate carbon neutralisation projects to begin offsetting our carbon emissions.
