| Embedding CSR | Continue to further embed engagement with CSR across Hibernian so that it increasingly becomes a part of how we do business and make decisions. |
| Standards of business conduct | To provide computer-based training for all relevant business areas and tied agents in respect of anti-money laundering and data protection. |
| Diversity | Develop and implement a diversity programme to promote respect in the workplace and to respond to our changing employee population. |
| Environment | To recycle 100% of our paper waste. |
| Community | To roll out our new internal marketing plan and further embed the volunteer programme in Hibernian's culture. |
