Promoting and embedding CSR	To continue to promote the importance of good corporate citizenship both internally and externally. To continue to develop our CSR programme while strengthening our reputation as a “good corporate citizen” and maintaining our competitive advantage.
Diversity	To build on Eagle's commitment to “Creating an equally-abled society”.
