Netherlands: Delta Lloyd produces special Financial Services Act [Wfd] booklet for insurance advisers

Delta Lloyd has produced a ‘special Financial Services Act
[Wfd] booklet’ for all insurance advisers with whom it works.
All the relevant information on the Wfd is conveniently set out in
this special booklet. The subjects covered include expertise, duty
of care, choice of type of intermediary, advertising regulations
and licences.
As a specialist insurer, Delta Lloyd is helping its insurance
advisers cope with the implementation of the Wfd with practical
resources such as training courses, client profiles for inventories
and checklists. Delta Lloyd also organised successful sessions on
the Wfd in the spring of 2005.
Delta Lloyd’s account managers have recently been fully
