Mobilising Finance to Support the Global Goals for Sustainable Development

On 25 September 2015, 193 world leaders committed to 17 Global Goals to achieve three critical objectives in the next 15 years: end extreme poverty, fight inequality and injustice, and fix climate change.

Aviva supports the Global Goals, and has seconded Chief Marketing Officer Amanda Mackenzie to Project Everyone. The Global Goals have the best chance of success in everyone in the world knows about them, and holds world leaders to account. The aim is to tell the world’s 7 billion people about the goals in just 7 days.

Mark Wilson, Group Chief Executive Officer, Aviva plc, said:
