Updating your details

If you need to up date your ADR account details, you can do so by contacting Citibank Shareholder Services. You can contact Citibank Shareholder Services on 1 877 248 4237 to speak with a Citibank representative. Representatives are available Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 6:00pm US Eastern Standard Time (EST). Alternatively, you can contact Citibank Shareholder Services by e-mail at Citibank@shareholders-online.com.

Amalgamating your ADR holdings

If you have more than one Aviva ADR certificate you can arrange for them to be consolidated into one by sending all of your Aviva ADR certificates to Citibank, who will reissue you with a single consolidated ADR certificate.

Finding the Aviva ADR Share Price

You will be able to find out the price of an up to date Aviva ADR share on the share price page. The Aviva ADR share price can also be found on the New York Stock Exchange site at the following link www.nyse.com.

Investor Centre

Investor Centre is Citibank’s transfer agent which provides an online self-service account management tool for ADR holders. You can access the system to do the following:

View all managed accounts in a convenient portfolio view
Select a personal user ID/password for easier logins on future visits
Make account changes directly online (depending on the company the account member is a holder in) such as:
- Change an address
- Sign up for e-communications
- Certify tax status
- Update banking details
- Enroll in International Direct Investment Plans
- Request certificates
- Sell qualified shares through a direct stock purchase/dividend reinvestment plan or DRS Sales Facility
- Vote a proxy with the same login used to manage shares
- Get access to company news and profiles from Reuters
- Receive important information regarding the account
- transfer shares to another entity
