View your ADR Account online

Registered ADR holders can access their account online.

By registering for electronic services you can use your portfolio to:

• View all managed accounts in a convenient portfolio view
• Select a personal user ID/password for easier logins on future visits
• Make account changes directly online (depending on the company the account member is a holder in) such as:
  • Change your address
  • Sign up for electronic communications certify tax status
  • Update your bank details
  • Enroll in the International Direct Investment Plans offered by Aviva
  • Request certificates
  • Sell your qualified shares through a direct stock purchase/dividend reinvestment plan or DRS Sales Facility
  • Vote a proxy with the same login used to manage shares
  • Access Aviva’s news and profiles from Reuters
  • Receive important information regarding the account
  • Transfer your shares to another entity
  • Arrange for US Dollar ($) dividend payments to be made directly to your US Bank Account
  • Receive important ADR holder communications via e-mail
