Aviva plc dividends

Further information relating to the Company’s dividend payments will be announced as authorised by the Company, by Aviva’s depositary bank, Citibank. Citibank will provide further information to ADR holders as it is made available.

Aviva generally pays any dividend twice a year following the announcement of the Company’s full year and half year results. Citibank will provide further information as it is made available to ADR holders.

2009 Interim dividend

Aviva plc listed its ADRs on the NYSE on 20 October 2009. As the record date for the 2009 interim dividend paid on 17 November 2009 was the 25 September 2009, ADR holders were not entitled to this dividend payment.

2010 provisional dividend dates
