Charles Barrows
Group Investor Relations Director
Charles joined the Investor Relations team in 2005 having worked in a number of roles across Aviva, including financial controller of the UK Life business and finance director of the bancassurance joint venture with the Royal Bank of Scotland. He has worked for Aviva for more years than he cares to remember, having joined from PwC.

David Elliot
Head of Investor Relations
David has joined us from the MI and Investor Relations team in UK Life where his team was responsible for UK Life analyst presentations, results messaging and executive MI. He has 14 years of experience in the Financial Services industry and prior to joining Aviva, David worked in the Insurance and Investment Division of HBOS holding senior roles in the General Insurance and Bancassurance teams. He has also spent time with Aon in Bermuda and qualified as a chartered accountant with Arthur Andersen in the Corporate Finance team.

Shaheen Iqbal
Head of Investor Relations
Shaheen is a chartered accountant and was a senior manager in the financial services (insurance group) practice of Deloitte in London, where he has been since 2006. Shaheen has 11 years experience in the financial services industry and before joining Deloitte he worked in Bahrain and Pakistan with Ernst & Young. His experience includes managing large, multi location audit and non audit engagements, internal audit and Solvency II.

Siddharth Maheshwari
Senior Manager – Investor Relations
Siddharth joined Aviva about three years ago and has worked in the consolidation team supporting external and internal reporting within Group Finance and also with Aviva offshore business where he used to manage legal entity operations and provided commercial financial solutions. Before joining Aviva, he worked at American Express and Prudential (US). His experience includes legal entity controllership, setting up shared services, statutory and internal audits, project management and equity research.

Joanne Frost
PA to Director of Investor Relations
Jo spent just over seven years working as PA to the director of group business systems and corporate facilities for Olympus before joining Aviva in 2008 as the PA to the group regulatory director. In February 2010, Jo moved to Investor Relations where she is now the PA to Charles Barrows and provides admin assistance to the Investor Relations team.
