Currently a non-executive director of the Warnaco Group Inc (clothing), the New Germany Fund (investment trust), the Central Europe and Russia Fund (investment trust) and the European Equity Fund (investment trust) and a member of the Council and Court of Governors of The London School of Economics and Political Science. Formerly vice chairman and chief financial officer of American Express Company (financial services) and director and chief financial officer of NatWest Group plc (banking), non-executive director of Delta Air Lines, Inc (transport), Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation (Freddie Mac) (financial services) and a former member of the Accounting Standards Board (UK).
Mr Goeltz possesses a strong financial background and a wealth of international business experience.
