Charles Barrows
Group Investor Relations Director
Charles joined the Investor Relations team in 2005 having worked in a number of roles across Aviva, including financial controller of the UK Life business and finance director of the bancassurance joint venture with the Royal Bank of Scotland. He has worked for Aviva for more years than he cares to remember, having joined from PwC.

Jonathan Price
Head of Investor Relations
Prior to joining Aviva in February 2010, Jonathan worked at PwC where he was a director in the insurance practice. He has worked extensively with multinational insurance businesses based out of the US, Europe and Australia as well as a large number of UK companies. His experience included financial and regulatory audit as well as transactions work including IPO support, due diligence and working capital assessments. In more recent years he has worked extensively in the areas of IFRS (including Phase II) and Solvency II and was a member of the ICAEW Solvency II working party.

Jane Gillis
Head of Investor Relations
Jane has worked at Aviva for the past 15 years in a number of roles within Group Finance and has extensive knowledge of the group with a broad network of contacts, both technical and within the regions. Before joining the Investor Relations team she was head of external reporting for three years and before that she headed up the Planning and Forecasting team.

Anna Cardell
Investor Relations Manager
Anna has been with Aviva for just over four years. For the past two years Anna has worked in the External Reporting team, where her responsibilities included the half year and full year results announcements and the quarterly updates. Prior to that she worked in the Forecasting and Planning team and will be joining Investor Relations on 9 August 2010.

Joanne Frost
PA to Director of Investor Relations
Jo spent just over seven years working as PA to the director of group business systems and corporate facilities for Olympus before joining Aviva in 2008 as the PA to the group regulatory director. In February 2010, Jo moved to Investor Relations where she is now the PA to Charles Barrows and provides admin assistance to the Investor Relations team.
