Aviva Insurance Limited Insurance Business Transfer
We have consolidated our non-life insurance business by transferring it into one main insurance company, Aviva Insurance Limited.
The court sanctioned our proposals for the transfer at a public hearing at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL on 5 October 2011.
Two similar hearings were held, the first in Scotland at the Court of Session at Parliament House, Parliament Square, Edinburgh EH1 1RQ on 6 October 2011 and the second in Jersey at the Royal Court of Jersey, Royal Court House, Royal Square, St Helier, Jersey JE1 1BA on Monday, 10 October 2011. The Transfers took effect on 14 November 2011.
