Diversity
We're a global organisation, spread across 28 countries and multiple time zones. We have employees and customers from different cultures, all round the world, so our diversity programme has a lot of ground to cover.
We've built the programme on the principles of respect, valuing differences and inclusion. Our global programme is supported by local diversity programmes, which are run by our regions and business units.
Having employees with different strengths will only increase our competitive advantage, so we need to respect those differences. We also try to mirror our customer base with our employees - that way we can stay engaged with our customers and pick up on business opportunities.
Differences aren't always obvious, but the differences you can't see are just as important as the ones you can. By championing respect, we encourage all our employees to treat each other fairly.
Our efforts in this area were recognised at the World Diversity Leadership Summit, hosted by the United Nations Global Compact, who honoured us with the Global Innovation award.
