I'm John Ainley, Aviva HR director and I'm delighted to welcome you to the careers area of the Aviva website.
Here at Aviva we have several important objectives when it comes to our people:

Sounds simple? It's actually a big challenge for a global company, but it all comes down to this - how we can provide an Aviva experience for all our employees, and make customers feel the same way - valued and recognised.
In other words, how do we bring the brand promise alive for the 54,000 people working within the group? How can we make sure each one is valued and recognised for their talent and individuality?
We start by listening to the people working for us. Each year we run an employee survey and act on the feedback - because we want every person within the group to be able to say:
“At Aviva I am recognised for who I am, and what I contribute matters.”
