Commercial Union Lietuva Gyvybes Draudimas branded balloon
2001
In November, Commercial Union Poland launches a life insurance subsidiary in neighbouring Lithuania. The new company is under the management of the Commercial Union brand UAB Commercial Union Lietuva Gyvybes Draudimas.
2003
In September, the company launches government-sponsored private pensions. By now it is a market-leader in the life and pension market.
2007
The company now has eleven branches and sales offices in major Lithuanian cities. Most of its business comes from a sales force of 500 insurance consultants.
