We’re Poland’s largest pension provider, with more than £7.5 billion funds representing a 25% market share. We’re also the second-largest life business, with a market share of 18%. Aviva Investors Poland is one of the country’s top-five asset managers, with more than £3 billion of funds under management. Overall, we have more than 3.5 million customers.

Our six businesses employ about 1,500 people, plus a 3,300-strong direct sales force with a network of offices across the country. In addition we have bancassurance partnerships with Deutsche Bank and Bank Zachodni WBK (BZ WBK).

Aviva has been in Poland since 1992, having traded as Commercial Union until May 2009. Having begun by selling life insurance, we added general insurance (including motor and property cover) in 1997, pensions in 1999 and mutual funds in 2001. We became CU Aviva in 2009. We offer unit-linked policies, investments, hospital cash benefit plans plus accident insurance and annuities. We provide group employee insurance and pension plans for corporations and other institutions.
