We have our roots in one of the oldest life insurers in mainland Europe, Hollandsche Societeit van Levensverzekeringen, which was founded in Amsterdam in 1807. Over the past two decades, we’ve expanded our horizons, moving into Belgium and Germany under the Delta Lloyd name.
We have plans for a partial initial public offering (IPO) of Delta Lloyd when market conditions allow. We believe that, by asking investors to buy minority shareholding in our Dutch business, Aviva would free up capital for use elsewhere and enable Delta Lloyd to pursue its ambitions in the Benelux region.
Delta Lloyd Insurance
We sell life and general insurance (motor, household etc) through a network of insurance brokers. We also market our products to the 2.6 million customers of OWM CZ Groep Zorgverkeraar.
OHRA
We sell savings and insurance products direct to both individual and business customers, through our own sales team and online.
Delta Lloyd Asset Management
We serve the Delta Lloyd insurance operations.
Delta Lloyd Banking
We offer banking products throughout the Netherlands and Belgium.
Our core products include life insurance, pensions and general insurance, as well as savings and investments, such as equity, fixed interest and property asset management, retail and private banking, brokerage and mortgages.
