Woori Aviva Life Insurance was founded as Pusan Life Insurance in February 1988. We entered the South Korean market in January 2008 after buying LIG Insurance in a joint venture with Woori Financial Holding Group. Since then, we have hired new resources and developed people capability to strengthen future growth engine, and continuously implemented a variety of activities to enhance brand value.
Head office has 321 employees under six divisions with 22 teams and four parts. Sales organisation consists of 44 branches with more than 1400 agents, 12 telemarketing centres and 60 agencies.
We are putting strenuous effort to boost sales in an attempt to achieve the vision of "Go for top 10 by 2012" and to survive in the mid-to-long term competition while building up a stronger business infrastructure by implementing detailed action plans.
We offer a wide range of long-term traditional life products, including retirement savings and personal and employee death and serious illness products. Our products are designed to cater to our customers' needs throughout their lifecycle – savings, protection, investment and retirement.
